Payment terms for services are specified in your service agreement. Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension or termination of services. Refund policies, where applicable, are set out in your service agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals required for us to deliver services. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any third-party accounts, licences, and materials needed for your project, and for ensuring that all content you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with a project and to use such information only for the purpose of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeSphere Agency LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services in question during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
